Plan estimates are priced by floor area: about 2 credits per ping (3.3 m²), with a 10-credit minimum. Sourcing from an inspiration photo runs about 30 credits. Each AI assistant reply costs about 2 credits, which is remarkably cheap. Credits reset at month end and do not roll over; the Free plan’s 100 credits are a one-time allowance.

Floor plans vary enormously in size, so charging by area is far fairer than a flat fee per drawing — a compact unit costs less, a large one costs more. The estimated cost is always shown before you run it.

The more suppliers on the platform, the better the prices designers can find. We take a small fee only when a deal closes, so there is no barrier to joining on the supply side.
